Essentials
Check-in time is at 2pm. Check-out time is noon. Should you need assistance with your luggage, just dial Guest Services.
It goes without saying, WiFi is free for all guests at SO/ Maldives. Just connect to SO/ Guest WiFi network, accept and you are online.
Bikes are available during your stay. They’re super easy to use and you can’t beat the convenience of bopping around island on wheels.

Doctor’s Clinic
For a worry-free stay, a fully qualified resident doctor is on the island, on-call 24/7 for any healthcare needs and medical emergencies you might have. Just dial Guest Services for any assistance. Our clinic is located next to the Wellness Camp.
Opening Hours: 8am – 8pm
Security officers are on duty 24/7.
In the event of a fire, tsunami or any emergency or natural calamity, follow the emergency procedures by the team or the Emergency Procedure posted at the back of your door.
Dos & Don’ts
1. Drink
As a 100% Muslim country, tourists are not allowed to bring in any alcohol to the country. It will be confiscated by the customs on site.
2. Drone
The privacy and safety of our guests and visitors are our highest priority. Usage of unmanned aerial systems such as drones or other mechanical devices that fly, hover or suspend above the ground on or within the airspace around and above the resort are strictly not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in confiscation of any drone equipment, and may subject violators to any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for violations of privacy and / or physical or personal injuries or property damage. We thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a tranquil environment for our guests.
3. Nudity
Public nudity and topless sunbathing is strictly prohibited in the Maldives due to Islamic Law.
